He was also educated in the school of life. During high school he worked in a grocery market stocking groceries, sweeping floors, operated a cash register and even made kielbasa. In college he managed a store, drove a truck for Montgomery Wards and, with help of the UAW and the Chrysler Corp. built cars on the assembly line. During law school he had the exceptional good fortune to clerk with a general practice law firm that handled personal injury cases, criminal and divorce matters, municipal prosecutions, and probate and property disputes.

Upon graduation from law school he found himself trying criminal cases, divorce suits, personal injury claims and auto accident cases. Later on he handled product liability and worker compensation claims.

Today, as a partner in the law firm of Luxon & Zang, P.C, he specializes in premise liability, auto accident and no-fault insurance claims where daily he finds himself locked in battle with insurance companies that are unwilling to pay fair and just benefits and negligent property owners and bad drivers who do not want to admit their fault. With his educational and life background Tim Luxon is uniquely qualified to handle his client’s claims and resolve their legal problems. Simply put, he understands where they are coming from.

All throughout their more than fifty years of combined practice Tim Luxon and his partner Steve Zang have only represented individuals – real people with real problems – never companies or corporations. They have recovered millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for their clients. Their clients have come from all walks of life and backgrounds and no matter whom they are, or where they came from, they are all treated with respect and courtesy.
